While releasing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle responded and moved. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 22. The VIN was not available.
